HEYYY!! It was friggin da best!!! IT was just so hardcore, i thought i was gonna die at various momentz but i did it!!! It was a intermediate/advance class my friend took me to...and da only beginnerz were me and this man who came in...by da end he had dropped out half way through, and i managed to hurtle through da whole damn thing!!! IT was puncing, kicking, pushups and stomach crunches- nonstop...bootcamp style!! No hablo espanol,no!
