When my friend showed this to me I saw the face straight away, without any knowledge of where the photo was taken and by whom. To me, and to most of the people who've seen it, that's the thing u notice straight away. I take it we're all agreed on the elements that make up a face. In that sense it's hardly subjective at all. My imagination didn't 'want' me to see a face. I wasn't told I was looking for a face, I just saw one because it has several of the most prominent features (eyes, nose, mouth, form of the head, even a neck perhaps) that typify a face. They're formed by the clouds just as a child would draw a picture. If we see a child's picture of a face it's not like our imagination has to conjur up the face. We all know what a face looks like. This one just happens to have been formed unwittingly by a bunch of clouds.
