Tell me what you think

Just finished this job...tell me what you like and dislike about it, I know everyone has different taste but it helps to know what the majority think...it will help with future projects ....so feel free tell me what u think doesn't work lol

Front Exterior


Pool


Bathroom


Lounge looking out to exterior entertaining

It looks beautiful... I would change the color of the wood though, lighter.

...I sorta agree with the wood comment...

...But if it was lighter wouldn't it discolour easier and quicker....confuse

...Is there a safety issue with the open rails round the pool...hmmm

That too! But in the kitchen and bathroom too. Lighter wood would make it warmer, Now yhe colors are too hard. For me that is! wink

It was wild for me to see the finished product after seeing the sketches of the exterior all those months ago...your talent is amazing. rose

Although...the bathroom sinks in the second unit are a bit bulky...lol cool

it's gorgeous, ocean. totally cool. i have only one comment. (and i live in minneapolis, where there's a freeze/thaw cycle): is the exterior stucco? and if so, why didn't you leave a weep screed from the ground up twelve inches to permit moisture drainage from the interior of the stucco wall?

I think it's wonderful...To start with the exterior I love the modern feel of it and it blends in well with the Gold Coast environment nod . I love that look thumbs up!

The interior is awesome too! it's a unique but classic look that won't date and looks very efficient to keep clean...very cool! worship
