We dont see the lead up to it but it appears she got upset over something that happened off camera. I think it is that they filmed them. She completely over-reacted and got in their face. When the dispute was all over she then sent the goons along to make it worse.

If people are identifiable in the footage (which she clearly is) and don't give their consent, it's against the law. She was perfectly in her right to protest and request the tape. You can't film people without their consent even for private use. This is a law that is rarely enforced though, since you can't expect every damn tourist to ask permission for getting a shot of a landmark when people pass by in front of the camera. But in a case like this, there's no doubt that a court would rule in the woman's favor.

That's beside the real point though. The real point is that the guys created the situation through their obnoxious behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Watch the tape again. The "dude who got physical" merely swept his arm up to protect the lady. It wasn't even half a punch. It was just a way of drawing the line. What followed though, was assault, which should bring a prison sentence.
