shit shit shit!i just took two sleeping pills instead of paracetemol by accident and i'm going out for a meal and drinks in two hours time!what do i do?i have pro plus here would it be ok to take them do you think?i'm full of cold at the moment and i'm sooo tired i'm making silly mistakes all day!

1) Throw up

2) Stay home

If I would take 2 sleeping pills, I would be snoring by now ! It only takes a half for me to get sleepy enough. So yes indeed, throw up or stay home and go to bed ! Don't do anything dangerous!

Damn if you have a cold and are this messed up maybe you wouldn't be the best of company anyway. No offense.

Whatever you do , do NOT take laxatives in combination with them.

Sleeping pills and laxatives in one sitting can be disasterous.

i have to go out tonight it's work related, luckily i'm not driving, i'm going to give the throwing up suggestion a try, i know how disgusting that sounds but i have to do it.i have had the wierdest week this week, i reckon i've upset a gypsy

And you know, if you are sick, you are sick. No one will want you sharing the germs "work related" or not.

Also you need to be careful of getting dehydrated. Cold + throwing up + alcohol = dehydration. Drink lots of water and orange juice. If you can order club soda or something at dinner instead of alcohol. Alcohol plus sleeping pills don't mix anyway, as another orger said.

hey sis i'm ok!i was so full of cold that evening and wasn't looking properly at the packet i was popping the tablets out of until i was putting them away ten minutes later,they were over the counter sleeping pills so it's not like they were mega strong. just another daft moment to add to the long list!gt your text today honey give the boys a big big kiss from me.
