On Saturday night while on the Org and watching Star Wars on tv at the same time, my back door bell went. My Somali neighbour pleading for help as her van got stuck in the snow (her baby still inside the van). I said hold on, and went to get my coat and footwear. We tried together to get the van out of the rut. I went to another neighbour, since we were having no success. I knocked at her door and she also got ready to help.

As I was going down her steps I slid on some ice and went down on my back and I was trying to break my fall. I hit the back of my head not too hard but I had a head ache (may be a slight concussion).

Today I am sore, the bottom left of my back by my ribs is sore. My head is okay. Today I took some tylenol. I went to bed at 1:00 a.m. and woke up at 10 a.m. on Sunday, went back to sleep and woke up at 3:00 p.m. - not a productive day. Still stiff.

I need a massage.....

Yeah Nat, but I am sore from my fall and my head, I swear I have a slight concussion from the back of my head hitting the snow on her step. I am sure glad it was not the cement. I could of been knocked out

Tomorrow's Monday.... Do I have to go to work?

I am actually quite sore today too. I attended a friend's birthday party on Saturday night and due to the snow they made us remove our shoes even though most of the party was held in a basement with concrete floors and I danced for hours in my stocking-feet. I've decided I'm no longer attending parties where they make me remove my shoes. My calves still hurt today. I'm getting old.
