...whoever drinks the product always closes their eyes? Has anyone noticed this? I mean, is it just 2 disgusting 2 look at, or does it just taste better not seeing it? I'm sure the producers of these commercials tell these people 2 close their eyes when drinking it, but in real life who really does that?

I would assume it's to give the impression that drinking their product fills you with some kind of good feeling (ecstasy, euphoria, etc.)...because humans, in general, have an automatic reaction to close their eyes when given such blissful stimuli.
It may have a purpose in that closing our eyes will allow our subconscious mind to imagine other things that give us that feeling.
But, hey...I'm just throwing something out there...feel free to bandy it about...

If it's a Pepsi commercial, the actors are closing their eyes because they're imagining it's really a Coke...
