I got a new one. Salmon with creme freche. If you have it on wholemeal bread. Put a layer of salmon in. Then, squeeze half a lemon into the creme freche, add the juice of half a lemon and a bit of salt and pepper. Spread it on the salmon. Then add another layer of salmon on top. It's lovely.
