Apparently i accidentally removed something from my computer
cause i haven't had this problem before

When i'm scrolling down a page it's really slow and not fluent
Also my monitor's "size and position" is different (it's a really old monitor btw)
What can i do ?

Go into view (at the top of your web browser) and I think you can change things in there.
