Are you one of them people...

...that has to eat a set meal at a particular time. I mean, does it play on mind that you missed breakfast or you think about what you are going to cook/have for an evening meal?

Should society dictate what we should eat and what time?

yes I do, BUT in my defense I do have a daughter who had a clock for a stomach, so I just eat when she does

On weekdays I tend to fall into routine, eating at about the same time daily. But weekends throw me all out of whack. Depends on what's going on, what I'm doing, etc. I've been known to get so absorbed in something I literally forget to eat for hours and hours at a time and there's other times I seem to be hungry all day and nibble here and there.

Following a workout and the day after, I'm very conscious of when I should be ingesting protein.
