Alrighty then, I had to go to a few bookshops but I eventually found it and $23 later I now own it (could have bought about 8 beers with this  )
Anyway, I've scanned the cover and see that there are a couple of hot looking chicks in hoods on the cover. I'm assuming this is some satanic ritual thing and that by about a dozen pages in they will be engaging in an orgy of sex and violence.
