I say NEVER & repeat say NEVER drive on the SF/OAK Bay Bridge during a rainy day, it's worse than traffic hell. When you're on the lower deck, every 1/4 of a mile is a blanket of water pouring through from above, it's just like driving into a waterfall. And you should also avoid all of the puddles, less you want to hydroplane and kill everyone. The only good thing about it is the rain will be over soon. Jeux Sans Frontiers | |
