eek

doh!

Star WARS does not equal Star TREK.

Don't worry, I won't hold it against you...after today, anyway. giggle

I know...it was my mistake I saw it after I posted nod redface I mistakenly thought it said Star TREK

boxed

lol

Well, if you like Trek, then you should check out the Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. Its the closest thing I've seen Trek-wise to an exhibition. At the end of it is a really cool motion simulation ride, with a complete mock-up of the Next Gen bridge.

I've been wanting to go to that ever since it opened. I still haven't been able to make it out that way. neutral

Oh man, anytime I'm in Vegas I go!!! In fact, I've taken several people who aren't even remotely Trek fans (one, in fact, who hates Trek), and they've all LOVED it! The aformentioned Trek-hater even wound up riding the ride FOUR TIMES!!! lol

I'm looking forward to my next trip out there, because I've heard that they changed the story in the simulator (don't know if that's true). Supposedly, the new story centers around The Borg. The original story centered on a group of renegade Klingons who had "abducted" the audience from our time, because one of us was Captain Picard's ancestor (it has to be me! I'm going bald waaaaay too young!). Its a whole lot of fun
