If you are not in the popular crowd, school and life can seem much harder for someone your age. But think of this, and I recall it in a movie or something. It is difficult for 'the popular crowd' to maintain their popularity. Many are riding just on what their friends think of them, and not their own esteem. You are a wise guy. You need to look at yourself, as you seem to be doing, and know that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. You are gifted in many ways, I am sure, and as bad as it might get, you always have your own dignity and self respect. No one can take that from you. Do what makes you happy. Be the great individual you are. Treat others with kindness. This is what will matter in the long run. | |
