It's this show, I guess on NBC. . . a former coworker (who is completely adorable and hilarious and so NOT FAT) and her sister (who is also adorable and hilarious and is fat) are going to be on this next season, which I think starts airing in February. Which means, of course, that I'm going to have to watch the damn thing.

You're not stupid at all, I watch this show every week, I love it! The season finale is this Tuesday, I believe.

i think the show is really pretty cool it gives them something to work towards and they really work hard.. its great that you get to have someone there to watch... how did she get all that time off from work ????

Hi naked! Not sure who is going to win, it's going to be close, I think. I was sorry to see Moe go home too, he was one of the people on the show who lost the most weight.

I watched it last night I'm hooked already!!! I have to be honest here - it's so good to know you're not alone with the emotions and stuff that you go through when trying to lose a large amount of weight. It's like anything you don't know what it's like till you go through it and it's HELL! I went through all that a few years ago when I lost 26kg (close to 50 pounds, I believe) it was well over a third of my entire body weight and took a long time to come off

I've put 10kg of that back on now and watching "The Biggest Loser" last night has inspired me to take the plunge again
