Psycho...I feel your "pain"." I have six brothers. I am not in regular contact with any of them. It hurts sometimes but I know that they have chosen due to their own choices (drugs, abuse, envy, etc) to not be a part of my life. As the only girl in the clan, it was always difficult but I tried desperately over the years to keep the peace, and have just realized in the past few years, that one sibling cannot keep it together for everyone. The arguments, lies, and disappointments....well just became too much. Not happy about it...but it sure is "quieter" in my life... 
I hope your current "issue" is short lived....and of course, sending a  (day late!) | |

I hope your current "issue" is short lived....and of course, sending a (day late!) It's hard when your siblings choose a lifestyle or do things that you do not approve of, and it results in not communicating with them. But you're right in that you can't do all the work in keeping the family together, it has to be everybody pitching in and doing their fair share to make it happen.  RIP, mom.
