When someone overexplains a simple concept so much that you don't even know what's being talked about

I hate that. Happens all the time where I work. After five minutes I'll sit there listening to someone go on and on about a problem and I'll respond by saying, "so basically, you just need to hit delete." and I get a blank stare for a moment, followed by "well...yeah." mad

SERENITY NOW!!!!

I'm glad you brought this up...there are sometimes that I leave feeling like a doofus because I want to simplify everything.

I work in IT. If I don't over explain simple concepts, those around me don't have F@CKING clue what I'm saying.

It sucks. To work amongst people who speak normal english.
