Grilled cheese sammich post the recipe for your version | |

Lightly toasted slice of bread...
...Topped with grated cheese mixed with a dash of milk... ...Grill until Cheese is lightly brown... ...Tomato herbs and seasoning optional....

Buttered on both outsides of bread
Cheese slice in the middle Toast one side in the skillet and flip toasting the other side (cheese melts inside) Cut into half or triangles. Use ketchup for flavour.

for me, the best is when a slice of tomato is grilled in the center of the sammich.  | |

I also sometimes use salsa or tabasco sauce, wicked!
