Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method ----- ----- ----- 1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell 2 cups Cooked or canned pumpkin 1 can 14oz sweetened condensed Milk 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon Ginger 1 1/2 cups Mincemeat Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, condensed milk, egg and spices. Mix well. Pour mincemeaty into pie shell, top with pumpkin mixture.
