I just made 36 cupcakes

I have 35 yummy chocolate cupcakes left

First come first serve

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
2 cups Cooked or canned pumpkin
1 can 14oz sweetened condensed
Milk
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1 1/2 cups Mincemeat

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, condensed
milk, egg and spices. Mix well. Pour mincemeaty into pie shell, top with
pumpkin mixture. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 to 35 minutes,
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup melted shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup mashed bananas

Sift together first 5 ingredients. Add rolled oats and nuts; mix wit fork. Combine remaining ingredients; stir just until all dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into a greased 8x4x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from loaf pan and cool thoroughly. For best flavor, store banana nut bread for 24 hours before slicing.
