and then there is the ever-popular "pacific" for "specific" - "can you be more pacific?"... i'm never sure whether to laugh or cry at that one.

and don't even get me started on "heighTH" - it's lengTH, widTH and heighT.

and then again, there are these things, and there's world peace. i think i'll try to put in in perspective next year...

i've never lived in teh south myself but my ex-mother-in-law and my own mother grew up there so i've caught a few of them myself. biggest one being "y'all" as i'm sure "y'all" have seen me say here lol...i pick up slang and accents from people all the time. I'm forever saying "eh" after a sentence even though I've never lived in canada either. "Dude" comes from my cleveland friends lol,...and i still say "wicked" or "wicked weird"(pronounced WEE-uhd) from my 5 years or so in Maine and NH. lol

lol. i do think a little slang stuck in here and there...especially if it's pretty universally understood, or at least you cnafigure it out...it adds character. i have no patience for incorrect word usage (like there and their etc) or those that cant say a single sentence without some fucked up slang shit lol.

Prince-bonics are only cute if you are Prince.

i am guilty of using "u", "r", "2", but thats mostly because its quicker and easier when typing
anyone who doesnt like it can kiss2 my booty!

but i forgot the most important and ANNOYING item on that list.... EYE. man if i see another person type somethign like EYE LUV PRINCE. HE IS 2 GOOD 2 B TRUE!! PEACE, LUV, N B WILD! I think I'm going to puke jsut typing that LOL....really i don't think it's any quicker...definitley not the 2 since you have to reach up higher to hit it and it's only one keystroke less. but shrug whatever i guess. "eye" is still completely pointless and Princefucky (there i made a new word lol)

OR THAT! lol. I'm not picking....at least you didn't say "C", but the whole word would be you're, so ur is a huge different...i suppose if you like the princebonics you could say eye can C U R no fun lol smile wait...CUR?? isn't that a mangy dog? nm, differentthread lol. Not trying to harp, just remembered the C and R part i forgot and why it bugs people...it's so grammatically horrible. If you for instance always type your "you" as a "u" and your "are" as an "r"....then even so you're shoudl be u'r rigth? (trying not to gag lol...sorry)

at least this is on a prince site, the people that don'teven know prince is prince again and go in cahtrooms and type like that piss me off even more. of course you probably couldn't even begin to translate the rest of their words to english anyway so i guess it doesn't matter lol
