Since I live in a house on a quiet residential street, I rarely here my neighbors music.

The last time I recall hearing something was in September, I heard my neighbor playing Brandy's "Necessary" in their driveway.

I'm sorry, but that is my genuine sentiment. After having lived in that apartment for six months and having to listen to that screaming non-stop from 8AM to 10PM I am living somewhere bordering on lunacy. It's an absolute hell, I have to blast music all the time and go away on weekends. It's impossible to try even read in that house. I'd move out but can't afford it at the moment. It is an absolute travesty of an apartment - the worst thing is there are no laws to make children stop their screaming, you can apply that on dogs and mature people, but not on kids.
