I havent stayed up past midnight on new years eve for 3 years, so this year I am bound and determined to do it.

I have a babysitter and I have someone to spend the evening with that I care about

I will be filling-in for Dick Clark. My countdown will differ slightly from Dick's, however, in that for each numeral, I will spank a leather-clad model.

My sweetie and I are gonna have a nice dinner at our favorite Indian restaurant, then we're gonna see "The Life Aquatic", and then we're gonna head to the club to ring in the new year.

Then on New Year's Day, I'm hosting a murder mystery at my apartment. Everyone's invited - but please do be careful and don't trip over Alth...erm, the mystery body.

I was gonna go out with a big group of people and crash a few parties in and around where I live. I just don't want to get to wasted and watch peeps score a load of drugs around me. I think instead I'm just gonna for a few drinks down the pub with my housemates. I don't really like New Year's Eve in all honesty.

Tommorow I'm gonna go over to my parents for my birthday and have a nice meal or an Indian take-away.
