Sirius and XM Satellite Radio

Who uses either one of these? Is it worth the cost, and why? What are the pros and cons? I've been through with commercial radio for quite awhile, and I wanted to know if anybody has made the transition to satellite radio.

I don't have one....but I want the XM portable radio so bad.....the one that Elton John advertises. smile
