OK, in all fairness I did some photoshop work to see if I could soften some of their imperfections. The first picture is the original, and the second shows the photoshopped work.

The guy on the left was much easier to fix as he only needed neck, nose and ear work.

The guy on the right was a nightmare to correct, and I'm not sure if I'm happy with the results.
