JUNIOR EUROVISION!!!!! Now usually we get crap over the xmas break on televion here in Australia. Old movies and lots of repeats.
But the other night I saw something that was sooooo bad it was good! Junior Eurovision Song Contest! Oh my god!!!!! Where do I start? There were the two girls from The Neatherlands who sand about some new boy in class, I actually had no idea what they were singing about but they did seem excited about it. My daughter LOVED this show like only a three year old can! She jumped around and copyed all the dance moves. The kids were songing in another launguage, but that didn't bother her! She wanted more!!!!! One of her favourites was the girl from Croatia. Probably because she had some dance moves that Mia could copy. Man there was some funny thing in this show. Can anyone tell me why the kid from Switzerland was singing in Italian? Or why the girls from Spain seemed so angry when they sang? I'm a sucker for the Eurovision Song Contest anyway.....but this was just the cutest and funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

Oh yeah! I forgot about this guy from Norway! He sang awful and nearly fell over doing his dance moves, but the girls seemed to love him.

The two girls have been all over the kiddies programs here nad they are FAMOUS among 6 to 12 y/o's. The fun thing about the Dutch girls is that they wrote the song themselves. Pretty good huh? Who won anyways? PS, Switserland has huge parts where people speak Italian...just like some parts of Italy have blond Italians, because that part used to be German.
