I'm SICK I feel like complete shit. I try to take vitamin C, Zinc and all that antioxidant stuff daily and I skip like two days and I'm sick.

I may sound like your mom now, but the reason why you get sick might be because you take vitamins. They are not necessary, and may even slightly harm your body if you take them without the doctor's advice. Try oranges instead of Vitamin C for instance... And get better soon !  | |
