I've eaten lots of sushi in my day and I don't think I've ever had anything really raw. Some of it can't reallt be prepared raw, like I think eel... You can get it in all sorts of flavors, fish, seafood, whatever and most of what I've had has already been cooked or smoked or something.

I miss mine and Marielle's sushi splash-outs in Paris. There was this really good one that delivered at home and was SO good...we could never get enough...
