This thread made me thing of the movie "Big Fish" where the main character meets a "witch" who, when you looked into her eyes, you saw how you were going to die. The main character looks into her eye and says something like "Oh, so that's what will happen," then goes on to live his life. He hits the rough patches and thinks "This is not how it happens" so he gets in hairy situations but "knows" he will get through them. Then in the end he tells his son that he (the son) is to tell him (the father) how he dies. The son tells him a beautiful story and the father dies. *choked up*

Excellent movie.

The only thing I think about regarding dying is how will my girls be. Other than that, I live for today.

A lot of times when I'm in bed, just before I fall asleep I get scared
