My living room. It's more of a ketchup red but it came out as scarlet on these pictures. It's really not that bright.

I've got my virtual fireplace vcd on the telly.

Oh, the box thing on the floor is an air purifier / ioniser. I smoke like a chimney.

I'll explain...I live in a share house where none of us really know each other. I'm there only because it's extremely cheap board and I have my own little room where noone bothers me...the downside is there are spiders and cockroaches all through the house that the owner does nothing about (he evidently is going to run it down to the ground and not resell it ) ..by everywhere through the house I mean EVERYWHERE - even the microwave hence I don't eat at there

my room, however, is my haven and it's always clean, tiday and spider free lol

Most of my stuff is still in storage in my parents' attic. I've got boxes and boxes of books. I just can't justify the expense of another bookcase at the moment. It's not like I'm in any hurry to re-read everything that I've ever read before. I'm such a phillistine.

The far wall is covered in fake-wood wallpaper. I love it!

God, this loks really untidy but in real life, it looks sort of ordered.

That's a shoe underneath that armchair. That's my keyboard leaning against that case full of CDs. The cushions on the armchairs aren't real leather - they're like brown vinyl or something.

Oh - to the right of the picture, that heap of junk is boxes of X-Mas cards on my coffee table that I need to write out.

Orange is a great colour. It looks really warm. Your appartment is a lot bigger than mine...probably 3 times bigger, and so much tidier. In fact, your kitchen is as big as my lounge/livingroom/kitchen! I always get jealous whenever I see another place because mine is so small and messy.
