as everyone probably remembers i have moved recently and had problems with my furnace.

when all this was going on I moved my cello to a friends house, so it would be hurt in the move or get to cold without haveing heat (my cello is very tempermental )

SO with the holiday season I have been busy and havent gotten around to picking it up, which was bad on my part.

so earlier this week I picked it up, and was so excited because I havent gotten to play in over a month, I get the cello out of the case, check for cracks ect.ect. and it looks great! but then i get my bow out
it looks like someone chewed it up!! or cut all the hairs on the bow, WTF

it was at my best friends house, why does this shit happen

now i cant play christmas tunes like i usually do becuase i have to get my bow rehaired, which takes at least 2 weeks

I know its partly my fault but hell Im still pissed

I would nicely ask my friend about it, see if they have an idea as to what may have happened. It almost sounds like a mouse or something got into the cello case and chewed the hairs on the bow. I mean, how else could this have happened?
