I have a beautiful new daughter!!!! Her name is Ori, which means "my light" because she was born on Hanukkah.
Her and her mother are fantastic. She was born 9:30am Sat. morning after a long but not TOO difficult labour (28 hours). So Mazal Tov to us! "We've never been able to pull off a funk number"

Thanx to u both!! It was 28 hrs from the first contraction, we were only in the delivery room for the last 11  . The actual birth though went really fast."We've never been able to pull off a funk number"

Thank u all for your wishes. She's doing great. I took a pile of P disks (and others) to the delivery room, but in the end her Mum just wanted quiet to labour in (advice for future parents - relaxation in b/n contractions is the best way to make it move quickly and easily).
For those who haven't tried it, this is the best feeling in the world. Without a doubt. "We've never been able to pull off a funk number"
