Thinking a bit ahead...

xmas ain't here for another week, and i'm already all super-hyped up for new year's eve/day. odd, hmm? lol

although it's still relatively early, what are your plans for new year's? i'm doin the same thing i did last year: goin to first avenue for their party and have myself a ball.

Anxiety

my sweetie and i are probably just gonna go to berlin nightclub here in chicago; we decided not to do anything too extravagant this year; we wanna go to NYC for new year's next year, though (not for times square, ugh...but for a nice, funky greenwich village new years).

Usually my boss throws a big party at his condo, then after the ball drops, if some of us are capable of driving, we'll all head down to the bars to meet up with everyone else. Then we bring even more people back for afterhours, leftovers, and cheap meaningless sex. (LOL just kidding)

Good question... I haven't even got past X-Mas yet. Still got to get gifts. Still bracing myself for X-Mas in Florida sigh. I have asked my friends whats up and nada. I can't leave the plans to my partner cuz that's like asking an armless man to knit with his feet. And I'll be goddarned if I do nothing. or if at midnight everyone hugs and goes home.pout

I'll prolly just hang out with friends

I need a mini party/event co-ordinator for my life. Someone that can make a party happen at a drop of a hat.

Are they even having a party this year? Has it been confirmed? I surely hope so, as there's no where else in Mpls to be on New Years... Unless I'm throwin a party, that is. wink Ah, I miss my old apartment with that basement as I no longer know anyone with a place big enough for that kinda crazy fun.

I'm going to have an exciting night of...watching movies and falling asleep before it turns midnight! I can't watch that damn ball drop. It feels odd watching it tape delayed in CST! lol
