That's super cheap, by the way! A friend of mine was telling me today at lunch that when he lived in England that phone service for him was like $50 quarterly, whereas here it is a no less than about $50 a month to just have the service!

Even $60 every two months isn't bad. I looked into getting a land line for my son to talk to his friends and my total bill, per month, would be $49.95 plus surcharges and tax, which she said could run anywhere from $15-$20 more. Sooo... no land line for me as of yet.
