I just came back from seeing it.... (was on a date so I really didn't pay attention to it 100% redface talked through a lot of the movie eek) but from what I saw, it was not as good as the first, well second, one but it still had enough good parts to make it worth watching... there is a scene where Julia Roberts as Tess pretend to be Julia Roberts, it was afucking crack up! And a new character that was introduced who I assume will become Ocean's 13 if there is a next movie ( they left the end open and hinted that there would be) is a hottie! horny All in all it wasn't Shakesphere, but it was fun. nod


I totally think they really did spring the "cameo" apperance on Julia, she honestly looked surprised to see that person biggrin In the credits the "introducing Tess as Julia Roberts" made me giggle giggle I agree that it wasn't *as* good as 11, but it was a great movie (imo) biggrin

I'll watch it. Enjoyed the first one. I'm a sucker for Brad. Nothing wrong with some harmless fun in my book.

I found the first film to be fun, fast paced and clever. Enough surprises that I wasn't bored and not so many "twists" that it became annoying. I freely admit I like some crap movies, but I wouldn't consider this one of them. To me, it's actually a step above crap!

btw, I'm totally giggling that you are railing on THIS for being a stupid film, yet you wanna see Blade 3. Again, this is why I love the Org. Our tastes are so varied. Your reaction to Oceans 11/12 is the same as my reaction to Blade 1-3. THE BEST PART is that just as you haven't seen Oceans 11/12, I haven't seen Blade 1-3. giggle



At least "Blade 3" knows what it is and doesn't try to be cool and hip...it just is. :giggles: I'm sorry if you took the "intelligent" comment the wrong way. I'm sure many intelligent people enjoy these movies, it's just she is kind of a snob, but sometimes she surprises me. You just can't predict people, as you've said.

You could have warned people of that spoiler that the stars cover up in every one of their press interviews. Now the movie is ruined for me and I will never see it. smile Thank you (seriously, thank you, so now I have a good excuse to never see the movie AND to threathen people with my spoiler of the movie if they keep preassuring me to see it).

I like each actor to a degree as individuals - I love the shit outta Don Cheadle & Andy Garcia is just SEXY... BUT I was dumb enough to see the first one which sucked, so I don't know why everyone is SOOOO damn hyped on this one.
