Who is Batman?

i'm loving the art direction on everything i've seen for this movie so far. so murky and muddy and gothic and everything batman is supposed to be.

it could be cooler...but i'm still waiting seeing as how i'm a bat-freak.

Back in the day when Howard Stern's "Private Parts" it was rumoured that for the fifth "Batman", he could play Scarecrow (keep in mind, this was after a very desperate since the last one was so horrible and did badly). It didn't sound like the worst idea but apparently, Joe Shuesmaker (however you spell that) had bitch fit. Meanwhile, he ruined the "Batman" series. Whatever this movie turns out like, I doubt I'll like it as much as the first or second but it will probably easily do better than three and four.

BTW, you ever see something on TV that for some reason you just always remember even though it's trival. I remember this one guy on "Mike and Maddy" (or one of those generic "Regis and Kathie Lee" shows back in the mid to late ninties) reviewing "Batman and Robin" right before it came out and said he really liked...he also said he thought "the one with Danny Devito was the worst and the one with Nicole Kidman was the best". No wonder I'll never get that out of my head.
