sigh I don't think it's a good idea to post the pics of these women.

That was kinda my thought too... Specially when I noticed they only arrested 2 Johns compared to the whole group of women...

why do you think they are Johns? they could be doing the same as the women?

I saw thids Native American guy on the bus one time...he was deaf...

he was going around the bus showing people his package of weed. Another Native American was looking at him..they traded..then I saw the man point to himself and proceeded to give signs that he gives head also. The young guy and the old man got off the bus...UUUGHH! Just terrible.

Out of curiosity, why did you feel it was necessary to point out their race? hmm

It dont matter what race they was, it was just a observation. Its not racist to state what U saw to give the viewer a generalization of what I witnessed just 2 days ago...no matter if he was white black asian or hispanic, I wouldve still said what race he was just so people who read that could imagine it themselves. Dont get mad at me because of that..Im not the one who did it. I chose 2 tell my story and I did...I have seen people of every race in hard times and seen weird things of every culture.

I am wondering; why did you use the BLUE emoticon? I think it's demeaning for blue emoticons all around the world.

And I have seen Ramsey's answer on your question and agree whole heartedly.

There is no purpose to this in my very humble opinion..

It is my opinion that if these people want to sell their bodies, and someone wants some warm fuzzy, well that is their choice.

We have grown to be so f'ing judgemental.

Nono. I have no objection to THAT, as long as they do it in their right minds and of their own free will.

I was talking about the way people just smear these people's pics across the net or over a city like these people have no rights.
At least they have the right to be anonymous if they decide to make a new start. They are already in the dump and the government trashes them back into that gutter and makes sure they stay there.
I am talking about the Big Brother aspects of robbing these people of the right for a better future.

Senik has pointed out to me that some of these prostitutes hail from "Frogtown".

On the advice of my lawyer, i would like to stress that these prostitutes are in no way affiliated with me, my family, my home town or any of my prostitutes which I pimp in MPLS. neutral

i used to live near frogtown, near the intersection of university avenue and snelling avenue, a few blocks east.
about 12 years or so ago most of the store fronts in this area were empty, or darkened by 'out of business' banners. then, a new wave of energy came with the hmong people who emigrated here in the 1980 and now there are little stores selling music, clothes, food, etc.

i have to admit though those pictures of the prostitutes are not appealing, on a number of levels. the ladies look so sad and downtrodden, for one, for another the whole idea of posting their pictures on the net is whacked. the 'threat' they pose to the neighborhood doesn't merit such exposure, imo. i can feel for the parents who don't want their kids exposed to sex trafficking, that would be harsh for a small child. but still i don't think posting the picture on the internet (maybe in neighborhood flyers) is appropriate.

my recommendation is for our government to legalize/sanction hooking, already. then designate hooking zones so the little neighborhood children aren't accidentally solicited by horny johns in their own backyards.

First and obviously, this puts theese woman in line for stalkers and murderers.

Secondly, does it bother anyone that we never feel the need to do this to big criminals, the heads of coorporations that rob billions of dollars, how many enron execs have appear in this type of websites. Theese are the people we need to be warned to stay away from, at least the whores are in an honest profesion.

Next thing you know a link will be found between prostitution and terrorism.

Yes, but round these parts they generally don't do it in Frogtown. Or St Paul, for that matter.
That and the websites listed the vehicles they were arrested in. While the women are just listed as "on foot".

Excerpt from Lazyboy's Underwear Goes Inside the Pants

We're in one of the richest countries in the world,
but the minimum wage is lower than it was thirty five years ago.
There are homeless people everywhere.
This homeless guy asked me for money the other day.
I was about to give it to him and then
I thought he was going to use it on drugs or alcohol.
And then I thought, that's what I'm going to use it on.
Why am I judging this poor bastard.
People love to judge homeless guys. Like if you give them money they?re just going to waste it.
Well, he lives in a box, what do you want him to do?
Save it up and buy a wall unit?
Take a little run to the store for a throw rug and a CD rack?
He?s homeless.
I walked behind this guy the other day.
A homeless guy asked him for money.
He looks right at the homeless guy
and says why don?t you go get a job you bum.
People always say that to homeless guys like it is so easy.
This homeless guy was wearing
his underwear outside his pants.
Outside his pants.
I?m guessing his resume isn?t all up to date.
I?m predicting some problems during the interview process.
I?m pretty sure even McDonalds has a
?underwear goes inside the pants? policy.
Not that they enforce it really strictly,
but technically I?m sure it is on the books.

I had a hard enough time getting my job, and I have a permanent address, phone number, and high school diploma. I don't know how people expect some homeless guy to get a job just like that.

What's sad, among so much else, is that if something violent did happen to these women, they would be thought of as less another victim of a crime. More than 95 percent of female prostitutes in the kc area have been victims of abuse as children. Young women are sold to pimps, to different sex trades in other states, it is absolutely astounding. And can we believe that these young women look 20years past their real age? If drugs and alcohol are what gives you a moment of escape in a violent life that, whether chosen or not, has turned into this? These women need people to listen, to see them as people, not just as a mugshot on a website, or a piece of meat.

That's true...but its their decision to do what they have done. When I see them on the street I just feel so bad 4 them.

I remember this one time I was listening to this prostitute and this man arguing next door. She was screaming, "I aint leavin until you give me my mutha fucking money!!!"The man was arging yelling stuff in another language (m not gonna say what race or sum people might get offended on here).

She said stuff like, "this aint what u said!! Give my got daym money or Im gonna tear this place down mutha fucka!" I guess he handed her 10 dollars.. "I said more than ten dollars bitch! Im gonna call my fuckin man and he gon' whoop yo assman

I guess he handed her the money cuz I heard him scream "get the fuck out! Get the fuck out!!"

When I saw what came out of that house I was like..Hell NAH!!!falloff That was early monin entertainment.

But why don't we not just say "it was her decision"? A great deal of prostitutes are former runaways, leaving home as teens. They get manipulated into all of this. We at least need to look at the causes behind the prostitution itself, and not just as if a person jumped off a bus, saw a dude in a fuzzy pimp hat and said "hot damn! this will be the life"
