I went for a massage just the other day. At first I was a little taken aback when the attendant started to fellate me, but after she explained it was all a part of the therapeutic procedure, I relaxed and laid back and I'm happy to report my neck pain is all gone.

No problem. Believe it or not, she concentrated on my neck and shoulders almost the whole time and I felt hecka better through yesterday up until late, late, last night. I'm going to the chiropractor today at 4. I believe most of it is from very little sleep, bad posture with the way I have my desk(s) set up working on the computer for long hours... Put this behind you and heal.I had a similar neck and left arm problem, and some Chiropractic, stretching, and thinking Ergonomically has sorted it out. Computer neck is common, sitting holding hands with the computer for many hours often inflames your disks in the spine.
