I started watching this on BBC4 last night but fell asleep.

Has anybody else seen this movie? It was like a more realistic Pulp Fiction. I flicked it on and it had already been on for 20 minutes. I was instantly transfixed but ended up nodding off on the couch. I think I might buy it on DVD.

It was a bit grisly but all the better for it. The segment about Valeria was really touching.

It's a great film. I'd also recommend Y Tu Mama Tambien.

i loved this film! i haven't seen it since the theatrical release and i've always meant to buy the dvd, just never got around to it. i love the way the stories interrelate and tie everything up; its just brilliant storytelling!

It was so sad when Valeria returned home after having her leg amputated and she looked out on the billboard where her image used to be and it now said: "Space available".

You would have thought that they would have covered up the holes in the floor before they let the dog back in the flat though! Maybe it was symbolic. Who bloody knows?

isn´t Gael Garcia Bernal really talented!!
