There are lots in Thailand:

1. Foreign men here all have lots of money, pay bargirls for sex, and drink whiskey every night.

2. Thai girls who are with foreign men must be prostitutes or just out to get money.

3. Dark-skinned Thais are poor.

4. Indians and Africans are dark-skinned and therefore dirty and dangerous.

While I was stationed in Germany, people were under this strange impression that I had a tail! Where I was stationed I was told that I was the third black person the town had seen since World War I or II, I can't remember. Anyway, I had to go into the hospital due to complications and ended up in a coma. When I woke up, a whole bunch of strange folks were around my bed pulling my hair, looking under the covers and pinching my skin. This horrible little kid thought my skin color rubbed off and was rubbing so hard I had bruises. The only thing that kept me from whooping some ass was the fact that I was tied down by both arms. I had tubes and mess coming out of every one of my orafices and the straps kept me from messing up the IV lines. I got into more trouble because these folks actually believed these stereotypes. Black men do not have the biggest penises, nor do the women have the biggest vagina. Black people do not have tails and we do not grow large patches of hair like monkeys on full moons!

I can laugh about this now but it was rough back then!
