Okay, but I'm not playing about the tuna.

I always brown some hamburger and add it to the mix at the end. Tuna is also pretty good.

sometimes my sweetie and i make baked mac and cheese, which is the bestest in the whole wide world. otherwise, if i go the velveeta/kraft route, i just dump in lots and lots of cayenne pepper and i'm happy as a spicy little clam.

my momma taught me....

melt butter, add flour, make a smooth paste.. whisk in milk until it makes a thick gravy type mix. then add about a pound of SHARP cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. dried mustard (i always add a full tsp.), a few shakes of worsh. sauce (i cant say it, let alone spell it lol ) and always use the BIG ELBOW noodles... mix, bake for about an hour in 350 oven. For extra flavor, we fry up some sausage, like beef ring sausage or lil smokies and stir those in. always have it with steamed broccoli and crusty rolls.. thats one of my very favorite meals !

now, MY recipe is more of a side-dish... i use velvetta cheese, butter, milk, and sour cream baked with small elbow noodles. also very good, a lot cheesier, my ex taught me that one.
One of the best days of my life... http://prince.org/msg/100/291111

Sometimes I take the finished Mac & Cheese and put it on a slice of buttered bread, then add a dash of seasoning and a second slice to top it off. A Mac & Cheese Sandwich! razz
