I am not at all quick to anger and do not hold a grudge. It causes way more harm to oneself then it could ever be good. Vaya con Dios say I!

I once hated someone with every fiber of my being. They were a horrid insecure bully (very long story) long to short I lost a child during that period of time and fully agree with Sag... I believe the humanbody is at risk for many diseases where stress, anger and or grudges are present. Man it took me years to rebuild my character after that. It was the single worse decision
I EVER made. What that emotion did to me is unbelievable. What it did to the one who was cruel? Nada...zip....zero!

I was foolish to want retribution. The misery she lived in everyday was her reward. In all truth I don't even wish that for her.
Long to even longer and remaining vague for times sake, We all ultimately want for the same things... To be loved and accepted and at that, accepted for whom we are. To be known.

To the moon Muse.....to the moon!!!!! mad

I don't tend to get all that angry anymore.

I used to have a hard time letting things go and I'd dwell on it for a while.

Now I just see that being angry really isn't worth it in many cases.

Better to channel that into something creative.

biggrin

(Like posting useless crap on a message board.)

I'm writing to commend your correct usage of "loose." I've seen it used for "lose" at least twice today.

For those who don't know:

LOSE: 1 a : to bring to destruction -- used chiefly in passive construction b : DAMN
2 : to miss from one's possession or from a customary or supposed place
3 : to suffer deprivation of : part with especially in an unforeseen or accidental manner
4 a : to suffer loss through the death or removal of or final separation from (a person) b : to fail to keep control of or allegiance of

LOOSE: 1 a : not rigidly fastened or securely attached b (1) : having worked partly free from attachments (2) : having relative freedom of movement c : produced freely and accompanied by raising of mucus d : not tight-fitting
2 a : free from a state of confinement, restraint, or obligation b : not brought together in a bundle, container, or binding c archaic : DISCONNECTED, DETACHED
3 : not dense, close, or compact in structure or arrangement
4 a : lacking in restraint or power of restraint b : lacking moral restraint : UNCHASTE
5 a : not tightly drawn or stretched : SLACK b : being flexible or relaxed

Yes, there was a point when it angered me. wink Kinda. I still twitch a bit when I see it. But now, I commend the correct, rather than attack the incorrect. smile

They say that anger isn't a real emotion, but rather a mask...that anger is used to cover up the true emotion(s) we're feeling: fear, insecurity, hurt...when we feel these types of emotions we express them by using anger. Do you believe that to be true??...
