Shoes do you own?

I was talking to some friends and they said they only had two pairs! and I was amazed


So come on, how many is it

Well, I must own like 20 pairs altogether, all different kinds. Most of them are old and falling apart; I just don't like to throw anything away so I keep them just in case. As far as shoes I actually use, I have one pair of sneakers, one pair of comfy insulated boots for the winter times, three pairs of dress shoes that all look alike except one's black, one's white and one's a crazy blue color, and a few pairs of flip flops. I'm really not into shoes; people just like to buy them for me for some reason...

6 pairs. most of 'em are chucks.

i hate buying shoes, i think shoes are boring and i much prefer going around in my sock feet anyway. that said, i probably own about 12 pair.

Nope, not kidding. I'm the same with clothes, makeup, you name it. People buy it for me, but as far as what I collect myself, I only have what I immediately need. I'm not into shopping for that stuff. For example, I have only two pairs of jeans and they're both falling apart. Of course that's mostly because in light of the semi-recent weight gain I've gotten myself into an awkward size. The nice-looking jeans are too tight and the ones that would fit look like they were made for giant fat people. There seems to be no inbetween. What's a girl to do?

well I think I have narrowed it down to 14 pairs of shoes that are in regular circulation. and then a load of others that are barely worn ever

over 100 pairs the last time I counted the boxes of shoes in my closet....
not counting slippers and slip on sandals on the closet floor.....

Good for you. Now I feel better, I was starting to fell guilty for all of the pairs I have. I just got rid of a lot that I don't wear, so now I probably have about 75 pairs. I love shoes too, and I'm picky so I have to have enough for all of the different moods I could possibly be in when selecting some to wear.
