But I'm working on a seasonal household altar for the living room. I'm thinking of building it right into the wall, but my DIY skills are kinda lacking.... thats TOO kewl !! i use the mantle above the fireplace for the seasonal alter... then have several different themed ones round the house my bedroom alter is kinda "strange" to some when they see it ... but i am a great investor into sexual magick

And the kids are growing up to respect everyone's traditions naturally, since we have so many different ones at home. yes ... we try to show the kids all the familys differents ways from southern baptist traditions to pagan and most anything inbetween that they express interest in ... its fun, creative and educational for the kids and us both... Have you read Starhawk's book Circle Round? (It's by her and two other women whose names I can't remember right now) It's about raising kids in pagan traditions, and has lots of fun stories and activites for the Wheel of the Year. Put it on your Christmas list if you don't have it. The Normal Whores Club

I think I have a problem. we need to start a support group for TJ addicts. and i think we should all bring covered dishes to the meeting. i'll bring the biryani and thai potstickers. you should bring the marinated tofu and veggies in spinach punjabi sauce over basmati rice.
