They do hang out in groups, that's just so they can terrorise the neighbourhood. They drink, smoke and I'm fairly sure carry knives. God help any lone female walking past!

they remind me of nosy neighbours, always looking and peeking around. They are keeping an eye out for predators presumably but they don't do anything else. Look out for predetors and breed, a nusance to the animal kingdom. DO SOMETHING INTERESTING!.

There was another otter movie ages ago . I think it was called "Ring of bright water"..something like that, an English movie. I really loved it.

I love meerkats too. Anybody remember Timon the meerkat from the movie "The Lion King"? I loved him and his buddy Pumbaa (the warthog), they were the funniest characters in the show. I remember buying a stuffed Timon for my mom for Christmas one year after we saw that movie, because I like meerkats so much.

Otters are cute too, but then again, I love any and all animals, so that probably doesn't mean much.
