That's right! You heard it.....my daughter's goldfish "Prince" died this morning.
Ok.....I'll start from the beginning.
Some of you remember that my daughter turned three last week, well, we got her a couple of goldfish for her birthday.
Anyway!!!! My wife decides to name them Prince and Sheila E.
Everything's going along nicely, Mia is feeding her fish and talking to them. Then the other day I discover Prince bloated and having trouble swimming.
So I rang the pet store, and no I didn't mention what the fish was called , and they tell me there's nothing I can do about him. He's eventually going to die!!!!
So this morning I discover Prince floating on top of the water.
So I quickly get rid of him before my daughter can see and then she get's up to feed them.
She looks in the tank, looks at me and says "Dad! Where's Prince?"



I told her that he was hiding in the grass. She accepts that and feeds them.
NOW!!!!! I got to go to the pet store and find another "Prince" plus get some blood worm so this won't happen again.

The things you do when you have kids.

Aww!! Poor lil Mia I once had a goldfish briefly when i was 11..and when she died..i shook the lil plastic tank and all this red stuff came wooshing down from da surface i was so freaked out i screamed and started crying!! To this day i have no idea what dat red stuff is but i was so eeked my mum very quickly buried da remains before i could see anymore cause of my bad reaction
