I was 18. I was the only virgin left in my circle of friends. I succombed to the pressure...though the guy I lost it to was my best friend aat the time (no it was not SASSY B) and I really thought if I was going to lose it to someone it would be him...but it totally killed our relationship.

I was 18. Though we don't talk very often, the guy was and still is a friend. Well, friend of a friend anyway. No blood, but it hurt like hell. The guy is about average in size, but I'm tiny. Ouch.

Ok..I was 25 (I am 31 now).

I believed in that old "wait for the right person" thing. Have only been with two women in my whole life (one of whom is now my wife, so that has all stopped now of course )

From experience, I can honestly say that I feel the whole "saving yourself for that one special person" simply doesn't work. After all, it's only the first time once, after that it's just another time.
On the other hand, I'm also glad I didn't throw it away on some yeuchy meaningless fumble far too early.

Somewhere in between the two would probably have been better.

Aw well, you live and learn...I hope!
