They are not performing those operations on infants without their consent. Unnecessary circumcision is illegal all through Northern Europe for example. And rightfully so, it is only an act of mutilation and nothing else.

Cut is better, not only for aesthetics, but it's more sanitary, If U don't wash UR behind on a regular basis, that extra skin can trap bacteria.
