Computer Jams

How come that when i rename (mp3 or movie) files , sometimes
my computer jams ?
This is really annoying !

I have an AMD computer
I'm running Windows XP , service pack 2
It's not that it's slow either (well it could be faster)
Processor =1600 Mhz
256 MB memory

Could it be that because i have Kazaa installed ;
when i rename a file the file gets renamed in Kazaa and Kazaa jams ?
(because there are about 1700 files in there)

Move it out of your "shared folder" but dont forget to disconnect Kazaa 1st reason its jamming is probably because u have sharing enabled... disable sharing, move the file from the shared folder to another folder and rename it and voila, problem solved.

Ok you may want to consider getting Kazaa lite. Also, you may want to upgrade your HD, and memory chips. Otherwise, your will continue to have further complications with your computer.

Oh yeah , forgot to say i have Kazaa Lite , not the regular
(well actually i think Lite IS regular)

How do i upgrade my HD ?
You mean get a bigger one with more GB's ?
mine is already 80 ! That should be enough i think
And i think my memory is sufficient too
(well maybe 512 would be better)

Cheers for replying

Since you download alot of files, I would defiitely say that 80 is too small for your needs you a bigger HD w/at least 120Gigs. Also, I I would sereiously consider having your memory/Ram definitely upgraded to 512.
