what do I buy my dad for christmas?!?

He is 61, a pain in the arse, umm, not much more to say about him. This happens to me every year, not knowing what to buy him. Before he got online I used to buy him "The world's best emails" books which he liked, but now he gets all the usual emails.
Help me out here! What are you guys getting your old men?

Ok, If he gets all those e-mails, move onto "The world's biggest bathroom reader" books. Big books with triva, facts and funny stories, will keep him reading for a good while

I've decided to buy everybody art this Christmas. You can pick up framed prints really cheaply and you can get original canvasses on Ebay quite cheaply.

Good idea, dna. Can you only get them mail order or would Borders have these? (I'm kind of running out of time)

mad He DOES have a CD player! Even in his car. My sister and I have bought him CDs in the past, but we nearly always get it wrong, except when we bought Buena Vista Social Club. He's really particular (pain in the arse, in other words!)

Naah... (sigh) He lives in country Victoria, needless to say, not so many shops to choose from ie. the general store, Calvis antique reproctions, and the butcher. He always goes on about how we really shouldn't get him anything (too easy biggrin ) and not to spend any money. I wish he would just make a list and distribute it amongst the family - like I do (smart girl, I know wink )

Yeah, u can get them in Australia. Even Myer have them. Borders would be best though as they usually have the complete range in their humour section, so the choice would be better and more suited 2 what u need / looking for.

Enjoy, Merry Xmas and let me know how u go.
